The Caribbean Breweries Association (CBA) Technical Conference is being hosted by Banks DIH Limited at its Conference Room at Thirst Park.
Participating countries are Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts/Nevis and Trinidad and Tobago.
Presenters included Chairman of the CBA, Mr. George McDonald - Assistant Managing Director/Marketing Director of Banks DIH Limited, Mr. Ronald Nixdorf representing Favoractiv of the United Kingdom, Mr. Allen Chu-Fook, and Assistant Secretary/Treasurer of the Master Brewers Association of America (MBAA) Caribbean district.
There were also presentations by Banks DIH Limited Master Brewer Mr. Henry Merchant, Sales and Marketing Executive Mr. Carlton Joao, , Mr. David Carto – Procurement Executive, Mr. Matthew Kendall, Brewer and Mrs. Seeranie Ramnauth, Quality Assurance Executive .

- Efficient use of utilities in a brewery,
- Yeast management and sanitation,
- Factors affecting bottling-line efficiency and methods of improving equipment reliability
- ISO 22000 and its impact on manufacturing
- Sensory science
- Efficient use of utilities in the brewery.
