Banks DIH Limited honours 20 Students with Bursary Awards

Thirst Park, Georgetown – 17 September, 2024 – Banks DIH Limited continues its efforts in investing in youth development by awarding Twenty (20) recent National Grade Six Assessment students with 5-year Bursary.

The awards were distributed at a ceremony held at the Company’s Headquarter and was attended by Mr. Gavin Todd, Operations and Engineering Director, Mr. Mohamed Hussein, Engineering Services Director, Mrs. Sharon Nelson, Human Resources Executive, and other Executives, along with the awardees and their Parents, on Saturday, 24th August, at Thirst Park, Georgetown.

Banks DIH and University of Guyana Ink MoU to Further Support Development of Future Engineers

Thirst Park, Georgetown – 31 May 2024 – Banks DIH Limited and Guyana’s premier tertiary institution - the University of Guyana, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which will see the two entities collaborating to promote student development, academic partnerships, and knowledge transfer.

The MOU was signed by Mr Andrew Carto, Human Resources Director, and Mr Gavin Todd, Operations Director, Banks DIH Limited, and Professor Paloma Mohamed Martin, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Guyana, on Thursday, 30 May 2024, at Thirst Park, Georgetown.
