Fifteen percent of Banks DIH Limited workforce has been employed with the company for over 20 years.
This disclosure was made as 32 more employees were inducted into the 20 year Club at the Annual Long Service Award Luncheon at Banks DIH Sports Club at Thirst Park.
In remarks to the attendees, Mr. Andrew Carto, Human Resources Director said that 189 employees are at present members of the Club, representing fifteen percent of the workforce, a distinguished achievement for the company. Mr. Carto congratulated the employees for reaching the milestone and encouraged them to continue to work assiduously for the betterment of the company.
Chairman, Mr. Clifford Reis presented gold pins to each of the new member of the Club at the function also attended by Mr. George McDonald, Assistant Managing Director/Marketing Director and Mr. Michael Pereira, Operations Director.
