Banks D.I.H Limited has been appointed exclusive importer and distributor of Diageo spirits brands in Guyana.
Being the leading local manufacturer of alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food products, Banks D.I.H Limited will now expand its product range to include some of the world's finest spirits through a collaboration with Diageo.
“It is well known that we have expanded our range of products in recent years in order to better serve our valued customers and our partnership with Diageo which has an outstanding collection of over 200 well-known brands in the spirits category that are enjoyed around the world will be readily available to local consumers,"said Mr. Clifford B. Reis, Chairman/Managing Director of Banks D.I.H Limited.
The brands will include Johnnie Walker, Ciroc, Baileys, Smirnoff and Don Julio. Banks D.I.H Limited produces and bottles Guinness and Hop House 13 Premium Lager under a long outstanding partnership with Diageo.
Diageo's Commercial Manager for the Caribbean Adrianna Pocaterra said: “With this alliance, we look to expand Diageo's distribution in Guyana while providing great experiences to our consumers through a broad portfolio of brands.
