Thirst Park, Georgetown – April 17, 2023 – Banks DIH Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Government Technical Institute to promote student development, academic partnerships, and knowledge transfer between the two institutions.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Andrew Carto, Human Resources Director and Mr. Gavin Todd, Operations Director, Banks DIH Limited, and Dr. Renita Crandon Duncan, Principal, Government Technical Institute (GTI) on April 17, 2023 at Thirst Park.

Thirst Park, Georgetown, March 18, 2023 – Banks D.I.H. Limited hosted its first ever Be_U_Tiful Women and Girls Conference at Thirst Park HQ, in honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. The event aimed to support women and girls in recognizing the value of their own talents, skills and contribution and to inspire them to continue to add value to themselves.

Thirst Park, Georgetown, Feb. 3, 2023-Banks D.I.H. Limited successfully hosted its Hybrid 67th Annual General meeting on January 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in a manner pursuant to the order of the Court made by the Honorable Justice Nareshwar Harnanan and entered on the 6th day of October 2022. There were seven proxy representatives for its shareholder group and the members of the Board of Directors present at its Head Office.
